QUINTURN - Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of QUINTURN, a daily puzzle game developed and published by Gregory Koehler, doing business as WatchTurn. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

QUINTURN provides five daily puzzles (the Daily Five), practice play, and optional subscription content. The app runs entirely on your device. We may update the app, its puzzles, and its features over time. The free Daily Five remains free.

Fair use

Play fair and use the app for your own personal entertainment. Do not attempt to disrupt the app, extract its word lists or puzzle content for redistribution, or resell access to it. Share cards the app makes for you are yours to post wherever you like.

QUINTURN Club subscriptions

QUINTURN Club is an optional auto-renewing subscription with two plans:

Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase, and at each renewal unless cancelled. If a free trial is in effect, payment begins when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you switch plans during the trial.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.

Club unlocks the full archive, endless play, variants, weekly specials, themes, and deep stats while your subscription is active. If a subscription ends, the free Daily Five remains fully available. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may change with notice through the App Store; a price change takes effect at your next renewal after it is announced, and Apple will ask for your consent where required.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, and Apple's policies govern them.

No warranty

QUINTURN is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep every puzzle fair and solvable, and the Daily Five is generated to be solvable by design. To the extent the law allows, Gregory Koehler is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
