KalenTurn
A shift calendar and paycheck forecast for people whose work does not fit a Monday-to-Friday box.
What it does
KalenTurn is a pay-forecast engine with a calendar. You build your real schedule once: rotating shifts, 24-hour tours, trades, overtime, leave. KalenTurn does the math your payroll office does, including FLSA 7(k) rules for fire service, and shows you what every coming paycheck should be, weeks before the stub exists. When the real stub lands, you compare the two side by side and see exactly where they differ.
It was built for shift workers first, with the fire service at its heart, and it works for anyone hourly or salaried whose schedule does not repeat Monday to Friday.
How it works
- Build your schedule. Pick a preset pattern or tap your own days on the calendar. Trades and swaps take seconds.
- Add your pay basics. Your rate, your pay cycle, and the extras your job carries: built-ins, allowances, sell-backs, and regular deductions.
- See every coming paycheck. A forecast for each pay date, built from your actual scheduled hours, ready to plan bills and leave around.
- Check the stub. When payroll lands, compare it against the forecast. KalenTurn aims to land within $100 of actual gross, and within $20 once your built-ins are fully entered.

The core app is free, and the family view is part of that core: the people at home can see the schedule without seeing your pay.
Pro is one paid state, reached three ways:
Monthly: $6.99/month
Annual: $59.99/year with a 14-day free trial
Founding Lifetime: $149.99, once
Status
KalenTurn is in TestFlight now, with a crew of working testers checking real stubs against it. It launches on the App Store on January 1, 2027. This page gets its App Store button the day it goes live.
